Final border on Snail's Trail

I auditioned all kinds of colors and prints with the Snail's Trail sashed blocks, but a blue Grunge seemed to hold it together the best. I think it is done, wish it was bigger- it's about 40 x 44. Regardless, I really like it. It could be a small quilt I guess. I am not fond of squares quilts, but this one works.

I really like your Snail's Trail made from scraps. The print sashing fabric is perfect! Love the checkerboard inner border, too. :)

SEW colorful, Linda! I really like square quilts. Especially ones with no obvious "upside down" direction!

The blue border does look perfect. Sometimes it is hard to find a color that works on a scrappy quilt.

The blue framed those scrappy blocks so nicely. Perfect choice. Thanks for sharing with Oh Scrap!

Delightful - you and I discussed the Snails Trail blocks a while back - I absolutely love the way you handled them in this top.

It's a really cute quilt. I'm usually not fond of square quilts either unless they are queen size but maybe this would be a good baby quilt.
