Almost peak to my south

Last weekend, my husband and I made sure to go north and south to see the leaves. They are not quite at peak yet, but some beautiful sights.
The first photos are Chestnut Ridge Park in Orchard Park, NY about 5 miles south of the Buffalo Bills Stadium It was clear, we could actually see Niagara Falls, Canada mist and buildings some 23 miles away.

City of Buffalo, NY center, Niagara Falls to far left.

The big white building in the center is the Bills workout building, stadium just to its right

Nice to see my old stomping grounds, we iced in Orchard Park 49 years ago when I began teaching in Buffalo. Thanks for the memories. Jill in Calgary/Phoenix

Some of our trees have completely turned color, others just about half way. I have always heard the east has the prettiest fall so I was happy to see a little of it in your photos.

glorious colors! This year seems particularly good, but I might say that every year.

Beautiful photos! They would make some nice "confetti" quilts - ;))

Your colors are so vibrant compared to those here. We have elements of yellows and golds but very few really good reds.

Your fall colours are superb!! I have a friend who visited America in the Fall and was in awe of the colour.
