I am almost done, but for a few 4 patches and pressing some HSTs. The HST black/backgrund squares still have to be assembled into a flying goose shape. It feels like I am going in slo mo.
So here are the parts laid out on the pressing mat, and they fit very easily into a small box. Even though this will be a comfort quilt size, all the time and cutting used seem at odds with how little space the units take up in the box.

Going to be a beauty! Yes, sometimes those small parts seem to take forever. The reward is in the final assembly---for me usually a long way off:)
" all the time and cutting used seem at odds with how little space the units take up in the box" -- oh how I feel this comment!! I keep reminding myself "process matters" and "it's all about the journey" . . . sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. (grin)
