I'm Sarah's guest today!

Double tulip from my garden

Sarah asked for guest bloggers for her Hands2Help challenge this year and I volunteered again. Writing directions is not one of my strong points, so I needed help and editing. I think that the Disappearing 9 Patch that self sashes is a quick and beautiful quilt to make. I am honored to be a guest blogger and pray someone will benefit and make some gorgeous quilts!

Linda, you did a wonderful tutorial for Sarah! I think the self sashing you showed was perfect for the quilt. I read that you talked about keeping things in order by chain piecing, but I have yet to figure out how that all really works. Someday would someone please show me? It's pretty confusing after trying it several times.

All of you angels working on the charity quilts should have a pair of honorary wings for all your work!

Linda, I can't wait to try your tutorial --- having just reorganized my fabrics into a manageable system, including lots of squares!

Gorgeous Tulips Linda! Our daffodils had a shorter showtime too. We live not too far from you and wow did that heat come on fast. Thanks for sharing your wonderful tutorial over at Sarah's!
