I was only able to quilt one of the kids quilts because I had to keep sewing backing, bindings and quilt and I have not been able to do two things at the same time. This quilt seems appropriate to show today as the Buffalo Bills won their game, which is big news in this city; doesn't matter to me. The whole mood of the city rests on the team's performance which is really not an ideal situation, especially if you know Buffalo's history.

I am happy for you that you quilted one of these special quilts. Like you, I am not a super-fan of the local sports teams. Curious perhaps when they reach playoff stage but otherwise, they are simply part of the fabric of living here.
Even though I'm not in Philadelphia, I feel the same way about the Eagles. I think I'm too emotionally invested in this season! But I hope that the Eagles and Bills meet in the SB because my SIL's SIL is a Bills fan and we've promised to watch together if they are. It would make for a fun day.
I'm glad you were able to quilt one of the these, too - it looks GREAT! - ;))
I grew up near Buffalo and leave the routing for the Bills to my younger brother and his family. I am so not into football that I left my home in Norman the morning of the OU/OSU bedlam game and still haven't tried to find out which team won.
LOL, I understand about the sports team. Living in Alabama, everyone assumes you are for Alabama or Auburn. I don't care at all. For some odd reason, I think a University should be about education, not sports.
Your quilting looks great.
I think it's amazing that you were able to fit in time to quilt one of these seven quilts!
It's super cute. I get it -- we have the Cleveland Browns here... I really don't care that much either. Owen likes the browns, but I wear whatever was on sale at the garage sale in my size. LOL.
